Privacy notice

Last updated 27 October 2026

kenoku is operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd (Company No. 14643275, England and Wales), the controller for your personal data under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Contact: privacy@tyga.cloud.

1. Two places hold your data

The Tyga Games game center holds your player: email, handle, face, date of birth for the 18+ check, and your links to each Tyga game. kenoku holds only what the game needs, listed below. kenoku never sees your game center password, and does not keep your date of birth.

2. What kenoku keeps

3. Why, and on what basis

4. What others can see

Your board name, face, depth, rating and record appear on the daily board and the ladder. A ranked rival sees your name and face. Once a daily closes or a ranked match settles, its seed and both runs become public so anyone can check the result.

5. Erasure: ask the game center

The game center is the one place to ask for your player to be erased. It checks that the request is really yours and then tells every Tyga game you joined, kenoku included. kenoku then deletes your account and your daily runs. A ranked match is also your rival's history, so it is kept with your name and face replaced by "Former player". If you only ever had a kenoku account, email privacy@tyga.cloud and we will erase it.

6. Your other rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it. Email privacy@tyga.cloud; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.

7. Where it is kept and for how long

On Tyga.Cloud servers. Account data is kept while you have an account. Backups age out on their normal rotation.

8. Age

kenoku is for players aged 18 and over (see the terms). We do not knowingly hold data about anyone younger; if you believe we do, email us and we will delete it.
