Terms of play

Last updated 27 October 2026

kenoku ("the Game") is operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14643275). By playing you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.

1. You must be 18 or over

The Game is part of the Tyga Games game center, which lets members interact with one another, so it is not available to anyone under 18, with or without the consent of a parent or guardian. The game center checks this when you claim your player. If you are under 18, do not create an account or claim a player.

2. A board game, not gambling

kenoku borrows keno's numbers and nothing else. No money is staked, won or paid out, and there is nothing to cash out. Your score is how deep you reach and your rank on the ladder. Theme packs, when they are sold, change how the board looks and never what it tells you.

3. Your account and your player

You can play as a guest. An account keeps your runs and puts your name on the boards. Your game center player (your handle and face) belongs to the Tyga Games game center and works across its games. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with them.

4. Fair play

Every daily and ranked result is rebuilt by our server from the board's seed and your decisions, so a result cannot be submitted, only played. Do not try to read a hidden board, automate play on the daily or ranked ladders, share an account, or interfere with another player's run. We may remove results, reset ratings or close accounts that do.

5. Names and faces

Names and handles must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change a name on a public board that breaks this.

6. The service

The Game is provided as it is. We will try to keep it running and fair, but we may change, pause or end features, including rebalancing the rules; a rules change never rescores a run played under the old ones. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
